isaiah is finally better. he's had that weird never-ending fever since monday. bonus vomit on day 1 and beginning of day 2. yechh. i guess it's going around. i just hope it doesn't get to me or the younger boys.
he was so uncomfortable when he had a fever...lots of crying and misery. he voluntarily drank many bottles of water. i had bought the sipper tops (from the makers of the snack trap) that turn any bottle of water into a sipper...i think i got my money's worth just from this last bout of sickness. it saved a lot of spills and the need to keep opening and closing the bottle of water for isaiah. they also have these neat gel packs now that you can use instead of cold compresses. they just stick to your forehead (or back of your neck) and draw the heat out. isaiah was all about them. he's all about taking his medicine, too. i'm not sure what eric and i did to deserve boys that like to take their medicine, but i'm thankful!
